Is this different from cognitive behavior therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)?

Our programs combine cutting-edge sleep education and expert sleep coaching using the principles of cognitive-behavioral therapy* for insomnia (CBT-I), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and mindfulness as well as many other proven effective sleep-promoting techniques to help our clients solve their insomnia by treating the root cause vs treating only insomnia symptoms.

*Research has repeatedly shown that just CBT-I to be safer, longer-lasting, and at least as effective as any sleep medication. In fact, current clinical guidelines strongly recommend that doctors prescribe CBT-I as the first-line treatment for insomnia.* CBT-I is recommended as the first-line treatment for chronic insomnia by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine, the American College of Physicians, and the European Sleep Research Society.

Again our program goes way beyond CBT-I making it the most effective and comprehensive solution currently available.
