This is an amazing strategy I’m going to be sharing with you today for how to actually beat insomnia naturally without sleeping pills or melatonin or any other special sleep supplements.

Most people don’t realize that one of the biggest issues for those suffering from insomnia is actually spending too much time in bed but not asleep.

In sleep science, we call this “sleep efficiency.” So in order to make this strategy work, which is called sleep restriction or sleep schedule, you have to determine what your average sleep efficiency is for an entire week.

So how do you do that? It’s called “sleep scheduling” or “sleep restriction” this is a cognitive behavioral therapy technique for insomnia (CBT-I)
