Before Sleep Science Academy I tried another program that focused more on distraction techniques to get you to sleep. It worked for a time, but didn’t get to the main issue. I would go through cycles of sleeping ok, then cycles of nights where I got no sleep at all and would have panic attacks. I tried numerous sleep aids, both over the counter and prescriptions strength, lotions and oils, baths before bed and breathing exercises to fix my sleep.
