“Before Sleep Science Academy I tried another program that focused more on distraction techniques to get you to sleep. It worked for a time, but didn’t get to the main issue. I would go through cycles of sleeping ok, then cycles of nights where I got no sleep at all and would have panic attacks. I’m sleeping around 7.5-8.5 hours a night and I’m no longer as consumed by my thoughts about sleep.“
