“My sleep was awful and almost non-existent. I had insomnia for 17 years and it got worse over the last 10 years. I couldn’t fall asleep or stay asleep and could stay up for 4 straight nights in a row. I was scared, anxious, irritable, and frustrated about my sleep. I tried every medication and supplement under the sun, constantly searching for the next thing. I tried therapy for trauma, biofeedback, apollo neuro, CBT, functional medicine, and listened to sleep stories. I’ve started exercising again. The program sounded too good to be true and I felt like it had a lot to live up to. I began the program and felt really overwhelmed. But as the weeks went on I was really appreciative of all the content and happy to know that I have access to all the content for life.
