From Fear And No Sleep to Faith and Sleeping
Ryan first came to Sleep Science Academy after suffering from a two-week span of sleeping 0-2 hours per night.
He had tried prescription medicine, over-the-counter medication e.g ZzzQuil, herbal remedies, sleep supplements, and even alcohol to try and get some sleep to no avail.
Ryan’s intense bout of insomnia was affecting every aspect of his life… his health, relationship with his wife and children, and job performance. Thankfully he found Sleep Science Academy.

After enrolling in the Sleep Science Academy program Ryan slowly began to make progress. He was able to finally start to get more than 2 hours of sleep. Slowly but surely after practicing the SSA tools, techniques and methods Ryan’s sleep began to be restored.
