My sleep was all over the place before joining Sleep Science Academy. Two or three nights a week I’d have an off night and be really tired during the day. I’d also have a lot of trouble sleeping the night before I was getting ready for a big event. To fix my sleep I had tried supplements, going to bed early, baths, meditation, a dark cold bedroom and a sleep mask. The other things I tried didn’t work because I didn’t spend any time working on my mindset. I was focused on what I needed to DO, I was fixated on sleep and thought I couldn’t have a life unless my sleep was better. NOW, I’m averaging 7 hours of sleep a night, going to bed between 10-11 and waking up between 6 and 7. Improving my sleep has impacted my whole entire life. I’m spending more time during the day moving my body and working on my mindset. I’ve let go of unnecessary noise and I feel happier and less anxious about everything. I feel like I can conquer anything that comes my way! This program is for anyone who has experienced sleep challenges that have impacted their life.
