For the last year and a half my sleep was erratic! I’d go 1-2 nights with good sleep then 1-2 nights with what felt like no sleep. It was very unpredictable. I tried CBT-I and sleep hygiene to try to improve my sleep. It was helpful but didn’t seem to get to the core issue and I was feeling very frustrated. I was caught in this fear loop of worrying about sleep and didn’t see a way out. After working with Sleep Science Academy my sleep is very much improved. Most nights I sleep 7-8 hours. I’m sleeping much better and much more confident. This program is designed for anyone with sleep troubles. Your mind is so tricky, and Devin and his team understand that and teach you how to not fight your mind. Now sleep isn’t something I have to think or talk about. It no longer is taking energy from my life. Working with the Academy has helped launch more inquiry into the bigger issues in my life.
