My sleep was not very good. I felt like I got maybe 5 hours of sleep a night. I’d sleep for a few hours, then be up for a few hours before falling back asleep. I didn’t feel good and didn’t feel rested most days. I feel like I tried just about everything. I did all of the supplements, baths, medication, everything except hormone replacement. I realize now why these things I tried didn’t work, because it was really frame of mind. My sleep now is awesome!! I am averaging between 88-91 sleep score. I’m getting solid sleep, I feel so much better. Not only is my sleep better, but going through this program gave me a whole mind shift. I’ve learned to deal with anxiety surrounding sleep which has carried over into my life as well. I’ve picked up tips and tricks of how to deal with other things in my life. Working with Sleep Science Academy has been really good. The weekly check-ins with my coach made a huge difference. Anyone who is having issues with sleep and can’t seem to figure out what the issue is would benefit from this program. Be patient. Take it one step at a time!
