I tried drugs and sleeping pills to fix my sleep. I halfheartedly tried meditation. I was forcing sleep. I was pushing it instead of just letting it happen. Sleep was the topic of my life. I told myself over and over that “I’m not going to sleep tonight”, “I don’t sleep well.” And now I don’t even think about sleep. Now I have a great team and great tools. I’m not worried about the next day. I used to be so scared about how I would manage the next day. I wouldn’t make commitments. There are oodles of the world that have sleep issues. I’m one of the lucky ones that found this program. Now my sleep is great. The program taught me to trust the process which is rolling over into other places in my life, not just sleep.
