My sleep was inconsistent, sporadic and sometimes awful. I struggled with falling asleep, staying asleep and felt like I wasn’t getting any sleep at all. I tried prescription medications, supplements, researching online, but my problem was I’d fall into a helpless “nothing can help me mindset”. But nothing helped me sleep because what I needed was a mindset shift. Now my sleep is much more relaxed. I don’t stress about it and actually look forward to going to bed at night. I’ve had a total mindset shift which is exactly what I needed. Improving my sleep has allowed me to focus on other things now. I don’t focus on my sleep. SSA taught me how to let go of thinking about sleep. This program is for anyone who is struggling with any kind of sleep issue. Keep going, keep trying and give it time.
