Before coming to Sleep Science Academy, sometimes my sleep was good, sometimes it was bad and sometimes it was just ok. I was dealing with a lot of brain fog and was looking for more consistent sleep. I’d been trying to problem-solve the issue, but would always revert back to poor-quality sleep. After going through the program, I learned that sleep isn’t a problem. I’d been trying to solve something that didn’t need to be solved. The biggest thing I learned is that my next day isn’t always determined by my sleep. I can sleep great and have brain fog the next day or sleep poorly and feel great the next day. I learned not to let my sleep affect the following day. Now I have more mental clarity, I perform better at work and athletic activities, and my overall quality of life is improved. SSA didn’t just teach me about improving my sleep quality but improving my quality of life in general. It isn’t a quick fix, but it will help you solve the issue not just the symptoms.”
