My sleep was really bad before joining Sleep Science Academy and I joined the program at a point of desperation. I had tried absolutely everything. Sleeping tablets, reading, alcohol, marijuana, everything under the sun that people say helps you fall asleep. I was pretty desperate for a solution. The other things I tried didn’t work because I was so anxious and had such a horrible mindset around sleep. I put so much pressure around sleep and put sleep on such a high pedestal, I was setting myself up for failure. Now my sleep is 100% better. A full 180. I don’t have anxiety around sleep anymore. I don’t have negative thoughts around sleep anymore and don’t think about it during the day. My sleep is amazing. My quality of sleep and time asleep is significantly better. Before joining SSA, sleep consumed my every thought. I couldn’t focus at work, I was irritable with friends, family and my partner. Sleeping better has significantly improved every aspect of my life. SSA made me feel comfortable, welcome and that I’m not alone! Anyone with sleep issues would benefit from this program. Whether it’s acute or chronic insomnia, anyone would benefit from this program. Don’t give up! Have hope. Delve deep into SSA and take every aspect of it and use it to improve yourself. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. Don’t give up.
