My sleep was horrible and has been for years. But for the last 7 nights, I’ve slept great which is a miracle in my life. I had tried gummies, gadgets, herbal teas and calming music, but nothing was reliable. The other things didn’t work because I wasn’t working on my mindset. My coach helped me to see that sleep is the result. I had been attacking sleep like it was the enemy but I don’t see it that way now. I’m very happy!
