From Bed Dread to Sleeping 8+ Hours

 

 

Steven a tired musician came to Sleep Science Academy after suffering from chronic onset insomnia (not being able to get to sleep.)

He would have multiple days where he would sleep 3-4 hours per night which created massive anxiety around sleep for him.  After going through the program Steven now sleeps consistently 7-8+ hours a night. He also mentioned he now doesn’t need anything in order to sleep (supplement etc.)

Steven’s journey back to normal refreshing sleep wasn’t linear. He made progress but also hit some road bumps along the way but with commitment and his coach’s support was eventually able to let go of his bed dread and reset his sleep system.

“Now my sleep now is great. I started to sleep better within the first few weeks. The truth is sleep was never my issue it was actually my relationship with sleep that was the issue”
