Sleep pills are not the answer to a great nights sleep. In fact sleeping pills are pretty dangerous if you look at the sign effects and read some research papers on their short and long term health risks.

There is a time and place for sleeping pills to be used always under doctor supervision! But more often than not people become addicted to them and their effectiveness eventually wheres off over time.

There is a difference between sleep and sedation. Sleep pills sedate. They are dangerous and in most cases band aid solutions.
