From Impossible Anomaly to Confidently Refreshed
Kelvin tried various modalities to improve his sleep. From apps and supplements to meditation and rituals, he found that despite his efforts, it was common for him to get less than 5 hours of sleep at night. He often woke up at 3 am and believed it impossible to go back to sleep.
