Are You Committed to Reasons or Results?


I’ve found that some people are more committed to reasons than results.

Here is what I mean…

We always get results. Sometimes those results are what we want and more often than not, those results are not what we want.

It’s through taking responsibility for our results (regardless of the situation) that is what’s really important.

If you don’t take responsibility for your own results in your health and life the chances of you making the necessary shifts to change drop significantly because you get caught in victim blame mode which then keeps you stuck.

I’ve found those that who are more committed to results than reasons almost always get the best results!
